ELIGIBILITY & COST : All senior (men of 60 years and women of 55 years and up). Couples or single, who are free from any communicate diseases, are mentally sound and physically fit. Residents will be charged according to room type: • A - Double Rooms Rs. 22,500 / Month • B - Deluxe Rooms Rs. 19,000 / Month • C - Std. Rooms Rs. 17,000 / Month (Free cover meals, water, electricity, laundry, security, maintenance and medical check-ups and also all residence are provided free medicine subject to availability, terms and conditions apply.)

Security deposit: Those seeking admission and selected shall have to pay one time interest free security of Rs. 2 Lakh per person. In case the resident desires to leave after 6 months the amount is refundable subjects to deductions of dues of any. Medical: In order to cover medical expenses an amount of Rs. 50,000/- shall have to be paid for emergent medical expenses/ hospitalization.
